Central Soya European Proteins produces a wide range of non-GMO soya proteins that are used in the meat industry. The first plant in Europe was established in Århus in 1975, and since then, Central Soya European Proteins has developed into Europe’s leading company within the development, production and sale of soya protein concentrates. The company employs about 150 people in Århus and is the European head office of the American Central Soya company as well as being part of the French CEREOL Group.

Together with distributors in Europe, the CIS countries, the Baltic States, Africa and the Middle East, Central Soya assists producers of processed meat products with anything from product development to product and process optimisation. On the modern and well-equipped pilot plant in Århus, Central Soya is able to cooperate with customers on simulating small batches of any meat product, adapted to local raw materials, taste patterns and production processes.
