Systematic Software Engineering A/S is Denmark's largest privately owned software house, with headquarters in Århus, offices in Copenhagen and Odense, and subsidiaries in England and the USA. The company was established in 1985 by Managing Director Michael Holm and today employs about 250 people, two thirds of whom are system engineers and computer scientists.
Systematic's vision is to have an international reputation as a reliable software supplier and system integrator within our defined core areas and to ensure that our customers can enjoy a positive and constructive cooperation with the company.
Our core areas are the development of electronic patient records (EPR) for the healthcare sector and communication and management information systems for defence customers in Denmark and abroad. Systematic has customers in more than 25 countries worldwide.

Presumably as the first Danish owned company, Systematic aims at obtaining level 3 certification according to the American process model Capability Maturity Model (CMM). This will place Systematic among the absolute top European companies in developing quality software.
